General terms and conditions

I. Introductory provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to the use of the services provided on the iyengar.hu website (hereinafter: website) operated by the Service Provider.
The individual contract concluded on the basis of the GTC shall be concluded by the parties only in electronic form.
The Service Provider shall take the general applied and available technical protection measures. The software and hardware used by the service provider can safely interact with digital data content generated in e-commerce transactions.
The language used in the conclusion of the Contract shall be Hungarian, and Hungarian law shall be applied during the performance of the Contract.
The GTC does not contain a reference to a code of conduct.
The scope of the present GTC shall cover all individual contracts between the Service Provider and the User regarding the use of the services of the iyengar.hu website.
The current GTC is available on the iyengar.hu website.

III. Range of Services Available for Purchase (“Service”)

The Service Provider shall include in the service data sheets an essential description of each service.

IV. The process of shopping

Provided by the Service Provider, III. shall be entitled to use the services set out in section 3.1., which has been registered on the website and has accepted the provisions of this GTC and the Privacy Policy.

In order to use the services provided on the Website, the User may register by filling in and submitting a form under the “Registration” menu item on the Website. At the time of registration, the User declares its acceptance of the present GTC and the Privacy Policy. The Service Provider will notify the User of a successful registration by e-mail. The User may at any time in writing (by e-mail or by registered mail) request that the Service Provider cancel his registration.

The order

The User is entitled to use the service after the registration detailed in Section 2 and the payment of the service fees included in the price list in force at any time. The User can find the price list of the current Service Provider services in the Webshop menu item of the website. The purchase is made by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button next to the given service. The selected services are added to the “Cart”. You can delete items in the cart by clicking on the “Delete” icon. Please note that before clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you should verify that you really wish to purchase the services included in the Shopping Cart. The Service Provider will only refund the price of the purchased service if it is unable to provide the service.

Order Confirmation

If the User sends an order to the Service Provider’s site and the Service Provider confirms the order by e-mail, a service agreement is entered into between the User and the Service Provider. The User acknowledges that the order confirmation entails a payment obligation. If the User does not receive the confirmation email within 48 hours, the User is not bound by the offer and is not obliged to use the ordered service.
The User agrees that any contract so concluded shall be deemed to be in writing and shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

Payment

The current prices of the services are available under the “Webshop” menu item of the website. Prices shown are gross prices exclusive of VAT, which include the total price of the service.
After the User has placed the desired service in the shopping cart, provided the details required for the purchase and clicked on the “Payment” button, the system will proceed to the bank page. Users with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron or Visa credit cards can pay through secure channels.
The User agrees to receive invoices for his / her purchases only electronically with a digital signature from the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided by the Service Provider. The User, as the Recipient, is obliged to ensure that the electronic invoice sent by the Service Provider can be delivered.

 

V. Contribution to the Management of Personal Data

User has read the Privacy Statement and accepts its contents.
You explicitly consent to the handling of your personal data as stated in this Privacy Statement.

VI. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The User shall have the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after the performance.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the contract. In the event of written cancellation, it shall be deemed to have been validated by the deadline if the User submits the declaration before the deadline.
The Service Provider shall refund the amount paid by the User immediately, but no later than 15 days after the cancellation.
The Service Provider shall use the same payment method as the one used in the original transaction for the refund, unless the customer explicitly agrees to use another payment method.
The User may not exercise his right of withdrawal in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the Service Provider has begun performance with the User’s consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is governed, moreover, by Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) on Consumer and Business Contracts (hereinafter the Government Decree). The customer may also use the model withdrawal form contained in Annex 2 to the Government Decree, but may also make his declaration without the need for a form.

VII. Warranty

In the event of the Service Provider’s defective performance, the Civil Code. its warranty provisions shall apply accordingly.

 

VIII. General rules for the handling of consumer complaints

The User / Consumer may communicate his or her complaint regarding the conduct or activity directly related to the sale of the service provided by the Service Provider, orally or in writing.

In the course of the handling of a consumer complaint, the Consumer Protection Act 1997 CLV. The provisions of the Act on the Complaint Handling of Complaints shall apply.

IX. Proceedings of the Conciliation Body

The Service Provider informs the User that in case of any complaints, disputes or grievances, he has the right to turn to the conciliation body.

X. Other Provisions

The Service Provider draws the user’s attention to the fact that if it has started using the service, it is not entitled to cancel.
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify this GTC at any time. The amendment shall become effective upon publication on the Website.
This website is protected by copyright. Any or all of the content displayed on this Site may be used in any form only with the prior consent of the Service Provider.
In matters not regulated by the GTC, the Civil Code. (Act V of 2013) of the Act CVIII of 2001 and Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) Korm. and other applicable laws.
